We are involved in all elements of your retrofit projects, including Engineering, Construction, Plan Checks, Tenant Relations, and Permits. Once approved, we will provide you a comprehensive schedule of your project.

Every project is completed in two phases: Engineering and Construction. Our Engineering phase is the bulk of the time needed to complete your project. This takes 2-5 months. Our engineering services include: Drafting existing building As-Builts, exploratory demolition to reveal existing conditions, submitting plans to Plan Check, and plan approval.

Our Construction phase is completed in 4-8 weeks. This phase includes all tenant relations, including the Tenant Habitability Plan and postings throughout construction, and the construction of projects including all city inspections and approvals.
